At some point in life, we all end up in the deepest trenches for some amount of time, wondering how we will dig ourselves out and when we will see the light of day again... We feel hopeless sometimes, things just don’t unfold how we expected them to.
In fact, sometimes things seem to go in the complete opposite direction, and when one unfavorable thing after another happens, we feel like we can’t catch a break.
However, even if you feel buried beneath life’s circumstances and don’t see any way out of the hole you’re in, don’t worry.
The universe always seeks to guide you in a direction that will benefit you the most, and you CAN change the currents and swim back upstream by following these tips in this article.
It takes always one obstacle to just feel hopeless and desperate, we feel like nothing go right and all the directions are closed and leads just to another failure.
It's human, an end to a relationship make us feel like the end of the world... A failed test exam ... A problem! It caused alotta desperation and we feel like we lost hope in a moment!
I have been in the bottom for so long , literally... I failed to continue studying, to achieve my goals and to keep the One I loved , my life it was all coming down !
I was in the bottom of everything and I let myself drift away... I have seen people celebrate my failures and I gave them the satisfaction! and I loved to feel down...
And it takes Only one moment of wakening to recognize the real situation and to get myself together and try again to transform my failures to success...
It always takes your effort , you the only responsible for the situation you are in today, no matter what you're going through, no matter how hard you try and you still at the same point ! Keep pushing ahead and read this article I will try to push you up to the Top ..

1# Do you feel hopeless ???

Do you feel hopeless? It's ok to feel this way sometimes.. but don't let your feelings haunt you all the times like everything is dark and somber!
Take a moment to count your blessings instead of just thinking about what's going wrong ! Whatever happened or happening it's all going to fade away , nothing of your​ pain of sorrow will last forever!
Be patient about what's happening! Be wise to think about all the ways out , if you keep on feeling hopeless all the negative thoughts will fellow ! and don't use Drugs or alcohol to escape your reality ! Face the tests life had given you . I guarantee a better tomorrow .

2# Do you feel like everything going wrong ??

Sometimes it takes Only a bad morning, a bad argument or some useless conversations to feel like everything is going wrong ! Like those car drivers don't drive correctly and your partner is talking always shit, your boss is annoying and you can't deal with this all...
It's all in your mind ! Take a moment to relax , breath slow , tell yourself ​you are a successful person , every day when you're looking in the mirror , tell yourself that you are happy, satisfied and you're living a good life , make yourself believe that .
However, when you feel like nothing is going right, don't lose your temper, stop thinking how bad your day was or how miserable you are ! Just think that you're willing to make it all right! You're the master of your own life, and the only responsible of it.

3# Do you feel miserable in your relationship ??? Or unhappy with your single life ????

if you are in a relationship that makes you feel miserable or unhappy, I say break up!
What's the use of being with someone who doesn't make you feel good ???
No matter how much you love or you want that person I advice you to let go !
Let them go and breath ... Find you somebody else of stay single but the point is Be happy and comfortable with your life and your decisions...
But If you're ​single and sad, im telling you to enjoy the single life as much as you can , take yourself out and spend money on clothes and shopping! If you still can't be Happy and you wanna date, then find a partner! It's simple as that! Date the boy you always like, go to date sites and find you a man ! It's easy if you want it !
Just don't keep yourself locked in the situation you are in now ; change it !
Don't love feeling comfortable with being miserable, don't be addicted to the drama !
I know you might think you should keep the situation you are in to avoid another one could be worst ! But truth is nothing worst than the situation you are in now !

4# Do you hate your Job ????

What's worse than waking up every morning going to a job that you hate the most, feeling like the world is on your shoulders and you wanna give it up!
Babe , you don't need to live this ! Do you hate your Job? Leave it!  You need money ? You just can't ! No ! Do it leave the job that makes you feel bad every single day !
At some point in life, we should think about what we really deserve and what we worth , think about yourself and if this what you really need to do , not what you Should do !
Find something else you can do , a job that makes you wake up exciting and you will feel better.

5# Are you on drugs or alcohol???

A therapist is all you need , don't let bottles and smoking be your escape, you need to be wide awake to face life struggles , and , remember you are not the only one who suffer or who going through difficult phases! It's just a cloud in your sky !
Be a believer , a greatful to everything you are dealing with! And believe that life is good if you want to see it that way.
Leave drugs and alcohol aside , it won't make things better , nothing magical about it ! All you need is patience and have faith in better tomorrow.

6# Do you feel bad about yourself​ and your life ????

Change it!
Change is the key ... If you feel bad about yourself and your life and you feel like you're uncomfortable, it's that feeling that you're living A life that you don't deserve, change it , however, change your location, your hair looks​, throw away your old clothes and change them ! Whatever makes you feel bad about it ! Change it !
Don't be afraid of change ! It's great thing to do..

7# You feel unlucky ????

There's nothing creates the bad luck than your own thoughts !
If you feel like you're unlucky in your social, emotional, and family life ! The only reason is you! You only bring the bad luck by creating it in your mind!
You always end up with bad partners because that's the idea you have created in your mind and you wanted it in the unconscious !
For example, do you feel like you always attract the wrong guys/ girls ??? It's just because you told your mind before that's what you wanted ! And that was your own desire ! Do you feel also like your Relationships all end for the same reason???? It's you who predicted that end unconsciously!
Bottom line, change your thoughts​ , your life gonna change.

8# how to Figure out what in your life is causing you the most unhappiness ??

In order to move forward, you need to stop and think about what sends you backwards. You need to figure out what brings you down so you can lift yourself up once again. Make a list if you have to of the things or people that make you feel drained or depressed. Then, you need to decide if you would rather totally eliminate these things from your life, or just put them on the back burner while you focus on getting back on your feet again.
Also, sometimes our own mindset is the culprit, so listen to your thoughts and feelings and figure out what they’re telling you. If your predominant thoughts seem negative, try to transform them into positives by looking at the silver lining in each situation. Often, the hardest lessons are the greatest teachers, and we can either take them in stride and learn from them, or dwell on the pain and unfairness of the situation.

9# do you wanna know how to cultivate more happiness in your life ????

A lot of times, we can get caught up in the big picture, not seeing that we can start changing our life by cultivating better habits or rituals. Each day when you wake up, do something that makes you feel unbelievably good, whether that be meditating for five or ten minutes, doing your favorite workout routine, or simply going outside to smell the flowers in your garden.
You will soon see that these Small positive changes will bring about big differences in your life, and allow you to climb out of those trenches and shine brightly as the beautiful being that you are.

10# How to Eliminate the things that causes you stress ?

Make a list of the things that stress you the most, One by one, and start getting rid of the things that cause you the most anxiety. Even if it’s something small.
In addition, your bad habits can really create a lot of turmoil when you look at them cumulatively.
In order to create better habits and live a more stress-free life, you have to first look at all the unfavorable habits you’ve picked up on over the years, and start changing them and try to either get rid of or modify these things so you can live a more peaceful existence.

It's ok to hit the rock bottom sometimes, let's face it, this life is tough and it's also a good teacher, it's ok to feel anxious and stressed, but don't let this bring you down , find your inner strength, the power inside your soul and learn how to pick yourself together always, and remember the universe is blessing you with those lessons ...

Such a great post! Whenever you feel low, remember that it's you who can control your mind/life. When you remember that it's easy to take charge and turn the whole situation around.
